Shipping Methods: We primarily utilise the services of USPS (United States Postal Service) for all our shipments, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide us with the correct and complete shipping address to avoid any delays or mis-deliveries. Happy Paws Dog Lounge will not be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Cancelling an order: Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed.

Please do drop us an email at support@happypawsdoglounge.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

Processing Time:

a) Ready to Ship Items: For products that are ready to ship, we require 2-5 business days to process and prepare them for shipment. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

b) Made-to-Order Items (Cuban Dog Collars): Cuban dog collars are made-to-order items that require special attention and craftsmanship. Due to their customised nature, the processing time for Cuban dog collars will be longer. We require approximately 3-7 business days to handcraft and prepare these items for shipment. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Approximate Shipping Times:

a) Within USA: For domestic shipments within the United States, you can expect your package to arrive within approximately 2 - 4 weeks from the date of dispatch. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays. Please be aware that there might be occasional delays in the USPS tracking information updates due to parcels being in transition.

b) Rest of the World: For international shipments outside the USA, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3 - 6 weeks from the date of dispatch. Please note that the availability of tracking services may vary depending on the destination country. We will provide you with tracking information if it is available for your specific location.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. The shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout, and you will have the opportunity to review them before finalising your order.

Order Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for tracking information to become available after the package has been shipped.

Delays and Exceptions: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, unforeseen weather conditions, or other logistical challenges. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Multiple Item Orders: If you place an order with multiple items, it is possible that they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Shipping Restrictions: Please note that certain products may have specific shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or legal regulations in certain countries. We will notify you if any such restrictions apply to your order.

Unclaimed Orders: We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

Custom / Duty fees: Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
