Return Policy


At Happy Paws Dog Lounge, we strive to provide the best products and services to our valued customers. However, due to the high shipping costs associated with our operations, we have implemented a No Exchange and Refund Policy, unless the received product is proven to be faulty. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds

You are not entitled to a refund based on any of the following conditions:

  • You changed your mind
  • You found the item(s) cheaper elsewhere
  • You ordered the wrong item or wrong size dog cloth
  • You didn't like the purchase
  • You used the incorrect payment method and/or incorrectly used a discount code
  • Final Sale: All sales made on the Happy Paws Dog Lounge online store are considered final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Any similar reason to the above 

Return Procedure

Faulty Products: In the event that you receive a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. However, you must provide clear photographic evidence that demonstrates the product's defect or damage. This evidence must be submitted to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

Product Picture Verification: To ensure that the received product matches the picture displayed on our website, we require customers to provide order number & photographic evidence in case of a faulty product. This evidence should clearly show the discrepancy between the product received and the product pictured on our website.

Shipping Costs: Happy Paws Dog Lounge is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product, except in cases where the product is proven to be faulty. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Return Authorization: Before returning any product, customers must obtain authorization from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Before you attempt to return an item to us, you must take the following steps:

  • Check the item(s) for faults and damages.
  • Record the damage(s) or fault(s) by photo and/or video.
  • Notify us of the issue by email at support@happypawsdoglounge.com.
  • Your email must include a full description as well as the photo and/or video.
  • You must provide proof of purchase including your order number.

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund or replacement within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as dog treats, grooming products, and personalized items.

Once your request has been approved, we will advise you of the next steps return. Parcel MUST be sending back to us within 14days. If you send you item(s) back to us without following the steps above, you may be liable for extra shipping, handling, warehousing and admin fees.

We are not liable for faults and damages to your item(s) after delivery. These include faults and damages during assembly, disassembly, package removal or use.

Return tracking number MUST email back to us within 7days once parcel sent. Once the goods have been received and confirmed as being in as-new condition, you will be issued with a same amount of Store Credit which can be redeemed on any product sold at Happy Paws Dog Lounge.com 

Note: happypawsdoglounge.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

Packaging Requirements:

Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.

Clothing items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed and with all tags on in order to be approved for exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Refund Store Credit:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order and have not contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Refund Store Credit:

  • Change of mind request refund or exchange.
  • Personalised & custom made Items
  • Parcel return tracking information not provided.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 14 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
