I need to change something in my order, what can I do?

Please contact us here ASAP! Our orders are processed quickly to make sure orders are sent out as early as possible. We will do our best to correct any changes to your order, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes.


Will I get a shipping confirmation once my order is shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is ready to be sent out to play with you! If you don’t see movement when you check your tracking number, please give it an extra 24-48 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most Countries: Australia, United States, France, United Kingdom, Israel, Netherlands, Canada, Italy, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Belgium, Russia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea.

Can I change my order if it has not been shipped yet?

It all depends where we are at in the process of making your order. If you need to change your shipping address, shipping method, or cancel your order - please contact us Urgently with your order ID as orders move quickly through our system and changes cannot be guaranteed.

What is the process of returning/exchanging my product?

Am I responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging my product?

Yes, you would be responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us but it will be Free Shipping for the new product to come back to you if you are doing an exchange. Please check out our Returns Policy page here for more information.

I didn't get a confirmation email yet?

You will receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase. And you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information after 24-72 hours, if you do not receive them, feel free to contact us here and we will help you! Please also check your spam folder.
