Faulty Products
In the very unlikely occurrence that there are damages with your item; we offer a 7-day return guarantee If there is a problem with the quality of the product you can return it and get a full refund of Happy Paws Store Credit within 7 days which can be redeemed on any product sold at Happy Paws Dog Lounge.com However, You'll have to pay for the shipping cost of the return.
If your item was damaged in the shipping process or you receive the wrong item please send us a few pictures of the damages within 3 days of receiving to support@happypawsdoglounge.com – we will be in touch and arrange another correct item to be shipped.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
Note: happypawsdoglounge.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
Exchange of Size
We are so sorry to hear if item you ordered doesn’t fit for your doggy friend and needs to be exchanged, please contact our support team via support@happypawsdoglounge.com To be eligible for a size exchange, you must make the request within 7 days of receiving the goods and you must return the product within 7 days of the request.
In order to make the exchange process as seamless as possible, please have pictures of the goods ready to be assessed. Images can be uploaded together with email you sending to support@happypawsdoglounge.com Please do not return the product until our customer service team has provided you with the relevant return details.
When returning a product for a size exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage, and you must comply with the directions provided by the customer service team. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received at the address supplied by the Happy Paws Customer Service Team. Happypawsdoglounge.com does not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur in transit.
Return tracking number MUST email back to us once parcel sent. Once the goods have been received and confirmed as being in as-new condition, you will be issued with a same amount of Store Credit which can be redeemed on any product sold at Happy Paws Dog Lounge.com
Returns Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a return, proof of parcel return tracking number MUST be provided, return items must be received back to Happy Paws within 7 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Packaging Requirements:
Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
Clothing items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed and with all tags on in order to be approved for exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Refund Store Credit:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your order and have not contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Refund Store Credit:
- Change of mind request refund or exchange.
- Personalised & custom made Items
- Parcel return tracking information not provided.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns received after 14 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
