We're sorry something was not right with your order. Let us try our best to fix it for you. First read through the below Returns Policy and if you haven't already Contact Us right away.


Returns Policy

In the very unlikely occurrence that there are damages with your item; we offer a 7-day unconditional money back guarantee.

If there is a problem with the quality of the watch you can return it and get a full refund within 7 days. You'll have to pay for the shipping cost of the return.

If your item was damaged in the shipping process or you receive the wrong item please send us a few pictures of the damages within 3 days of receiving to contact@happypawsdoglounge.com – we will be in touch and arrange another to be shipped.

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

Note: happypawsdoglounge.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

 

Returns Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return, items must be received back to Happy Paws within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).


Packaging Requirements:

Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.


Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your order and have not contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
